Temple Of The Jaguar By Rod Frederick

By Rod Frederick

Temple of the Jaguar by Rod Frederick

This image is set in Guatemala and the structures are based on the ruins of Tikal. It is not the time of the Mayan empire but it might be a few years before others discovered the temple and uncovered it. Or perhaps it is in the future when the jungle has once again reclaimed the ruins.

If anyone wonders why they should care if the rain forest exists, one of the reasons is that a lot of animals exist in both places at different times. If one place is destroyed, the animals will probably become extinct, too, because they migrate and need both places to survive.
