A walk in the park provides a feast for the eyes any day of the year. Every season offers us its own theme and, like each of them, this one speaks for itself. Summertime has so much to offer. Lush flowers - bright and bold or soft and delicate - are everywhere. It's always a pleasurable challenge to paint a bountiful and beautiful variety of shapes and textures.

The sturdy old bridge spans the clear, peaceful water, which is bordered by multi-colored calla lilies. The lily pads have such charm, especially when highlighted by the sunshine. Stretching their arms, the tall and handsome trees create interesting patterns across the park and water.

Not too far along the pathway from the bridge is a bench for relaxing, listening to nature's conversation and perhaps enjoying a visit with a friend.
