The artist painted a series of different Snow Owl images. In this vertical painting he painted a Snowy Owl in pursuit of a white rabbit in winter snow covered pine forest setting. If you look closely there is a 2nd snowy owl on a dead tree on the right and side of the painting. I forgot what one Jim told me was the male or the female owl. There is also a whitetail buck laying down looking at a doe who is also laying down in the grass under the main owl's wing. And the last pursuit is the wolf coming down the trail of the deer coming out of the timber.
