A Day At Collegeville by Terrence Fogarty - Framed As an artist you have to appreciate this setting. The St. Thomas - St. Johns College football rivalry is a tradition. Most of my reference for this piece was taken from a game in 1993 or 1994. An unusual warm snap in late October brought out a larger than normal crowd for their annual game at St. John's home field. Notice the crowd in the foreground and how very few people are actually watching the game. The game itself seems secondary to the social scene, but when it's 80 degrees in October, who cares.
