There was, and still is, great merit in the "small is beautiful" world when people took care of themselves and put things together with their own hands. It was a world of human scale which also was closer to nature. We need to move in that direction again. This is a Mennonite buggy parked in front of a drive shed. The large, black rectangle reminded me of the empty, dark spaces in some of the abstracts of Mark Rothko.
