One More Row These were men… canvas gloved outdoorsmen who could rap an ear of corn against the bang board till sunset… who could shoulder the shotgun that rested in the wagon box and never notice the husking pegs they wore. These were men who worked the seasons close to nature and the soil, and in doing so, learned to respect the world around them even more.
